This project is administered through WoodGreen Community Services and funded through Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC).

May 2010 Partnership Council Meeting
Documents for the fifth Partnership Council meeting include the April 2010 minutes, the meeting agenda, powerpoint presentation and a Service Provider Survey. The survey will help identify service capacity and service gaps. The focus of discussion for this meeting was defining 'coordination of services' between agencies. The Council discussed the various levels of coordination from 'awareness' of each other's programs to 'collaboration' of programs.
